Any rising 6th, 7th or 8th-grade students interested in playing sports next year will need a sports physical. Parents can call the front office to sign up or fill out the google form. After you sign up for your sports physical on the google form, you will be able to schedule an appointment at Coastal Carolina Family Practice. The free physicals will be July 7th - July 30th. You must sign up on the google form prior to getting your free sports physical during this time frame.
